In terms of what they can do, these two tools are staying the same – it’s just the name that’s getting a makeover. It’s your go-to for tackling tricky questions and serves as the backbone for all other Copilot products.

Plus, there’s a fresh addition to the lineup – a role-based Copilot known as Copilot for Services, showing the consistent naming approach. Copilot for Microsoft 365 has not only revamped its name but also introduced a bunch of new features across various apps in the Microsoft 365 suite, bringing enhancements to Teams, Outlook, and more. Unlike the basic Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365 comes with a price tag and can be accessed both within Windows and in Bing.

With Copilot for Microsoft 365, you now get access to a cool new tool called Copilot Studio, freshly launched today. This tool makes it a breeze to configure Copilot, linking it up with extra data and crafting personalized workflows tailored to your business. Plus, it throws in management features for IT, giving you the reins to keep things in check.
